Comforter

Campfire Comfort

One of our favorite things to do in summer is camp. Besides the food, the best thing is the campfire. It’s mesmerizing to stare into the yellow and blue dancing flames. You feel the warmth and hear, and experience the crackle as the flame consumes the wood. You feel satisfied, safe and are comforted by the glow of the fire. The existence of fire is very mystical. It is an exciting of atoms. The explanation of how those chemical or nuclear reactions happen are very complex. We don’t have to understand how it works to enjoy it’s comfort.

It’s the Same with GOD

We don’t understand His Love, but we are aware of it all around. He didn’t leave us here to live out life alone.  He sent His Spirit, in His Name, to come along side of us. Never a moment when He can’t hear you or be touched by your hearts cries. As an Advocate, He knows what you need and goes to bat for you! He prays for you.

Thru Faith

You use faith all day, every day. You trust others to abide the laws in traffic or you’d never drive. You believe gravity exists though you don’t see it. The sun shines. The earth rotates. You breathe. Trillions of actions and reactions happen all around us every moment. You have faith, but where you place that faith, makes all the difference in its validity.

One Request From God:

“Have Faith In Me!” Believe Me! You Believe what you are seeing when you see a plant grow. It produces food that is good for you to eat. This is not coincidence. The air you breathe is perfectly oxygenated to support plants and animals. How many accidental happenings put this big beautiful planet together so perfectly? People gamble totally against the odds that there is no God. Access to Father God is thru Faith in His Son Jesus Christ.

John 6:29 (Amplified Bible)

Jesus answered, “This is the work of God: that you believe [adhere to, trust in, rely on, and have faith] in the One whom He has sent.”

When you trust Christ to save you, you receive the Holy Spirit, The Comfort Giver!
