Have you noticed small noises get louder when louder noises are muted. In the still of the night the clock demands to be heard. The ticking can be deafening. It is the same with God. When you get quiet. He gets Loud!
Psalm 46:10
I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth.”
The worst feeling is when you are deep into a conversation and you realize you’ve lost the attention of your audience. I have to wonder if God feels that way. Majestic mountains, gushing rivers, thunderous storms, quiet snow, hurricane winds, and falling rain all sing praises to our King.
Stop now. Silence the internal chatter. Zoom in on His creation.
